Using TeamViewer for remote support Print

In some cases we need to connect to your desktop to help you with your support case.

TeamViewer allows us to connect to your desktop in a remote control session.  This lets us see and use your desktop as if we were sitting in front of it.

To initiate a remote control session please download this one time use TeamViewer session:

Once you have downloaded and started the application we will be able to connect to your desktop.
