I wanted to change from a US site that was both expensive and restrictive in offers for domains and email, I searched and found UpTime. I am not a techie so relied on UpTime support for the transfer. The support provided was fast and very helpful and the transfer was smooth. I now have a provider and package that suits my requirements.

As someone with average IT knowledge, arranging for domain hosting and setting up email accounts was the most daunting part of starting my business. If I could give 10 Stars I would.John and Edward sorted out all my issues.I was with Vistaprint for years, then they changed their hosting to Hover which I never wanted to change, then Vista doubled their price just to keep the website opened, not even the emails and domain registrar.I tried for a few days looking for the right company for Domain hosting, website builder and publisher, also emails with my domain.All of them I found was only cheap for a year, them prices were more than double.Also the fact that all of them was overseas.UpTime is based in Brisbane, you speak to an Aussie who knows what his doing.UpTime sorted my domain transfer, which was a pain as Hover and Vistaprint stuffed me around.Then they sorted out my issues getting my emails up on Outlook.I can not recommend Uptime enough, 100% satifaction.Best Service I have had in years.

Web Hosting Transfer Made EasyFor various reasons I wanted to move our web hosting to a new service provider.As I never did such a transfer before, I was a “little” concerned of what lies ahead.First, I had to find a new web hosting provider. When asking my “friend Google”, all the suggestions on review platforms for web hosting didn’t quite sit right with me. Finally, I found a different review platform and the 1st suggestion on there was UpTime.I did further research and found only positive reviews, a lot of them also pointing out that Uptime is based in Australia, even better in Brisbane, as I found out later.I decided to call UpTime, as I had quite a few questions. Speaking to John, answering all my questions and giving me the confidence that a transfer is easy and all managed by UpTime, I signed up and the entire web hosting transfer started rolling.UpTime kept me very well informed along the way of the transfer progress and after a few days all was done – what a great experience, if only moving house would be so easy.Although early days, I feel, that I will not regret the transfer of our web hosting arrangements to UpTime.In summary, great service, great comms and at a competitive price.Based on this, all I can say is: “Give UpTime a Go”, thanks to John and his Team to make this a transfer an absolute painless and, actually, a great experience for me.PS: Let me say, I normally don’t do reviews or surveys, but John and UpTime really deserve this, based on my so positive experience to date.Cheers, Jan

I join the long list of people who have nothing but good to say about this company. I called up yesterday, got through right away to an actual person (John) and had a chat, during which he answered a few questions I had. I signed up about an hour later and immediately set about configuring things, the whole process was absolutely smooth and everything worked exactly as it should.As a side note, I'm only just realizing now how slow the servers at my old provider were. I should have switched to UpTime years ago.

My client panicked that their site and emails were down, so I raised a ticket and it was solved by support within minutes.The "client" had forgotten to renew their domain, so as usual there was no issue with UpTime Hosting!I couldn't be happier with the "extremely" quick "local support" I am getting

I contacted over ten different hosting compaines in Sydney and Brisbane, and out of all of them UpTime had the best customer service. OMG.. For a non techy here.. I mean I know how to build sites but my goodness.. These guys go above and beyond. They don't give you the whole ‘this is a theme issue’ they care and want you up and running. The problem is I never know who's problem it is but these guys get that and within 5 mins take over your screen to handle 👀👏 with your permission of course. They are in Australia so no off shore tickets.. I will say though, they respond quicker with online support vs phone support.. It was the opposite for me with my last host provider. Substantially cheaper than my previous (10 years) host for at least equivalent facility and service response seems to be very quick and effective. Glad I changed since my old service had intermittent issues with my blog dropping out and very slow service response.Since I first reviewed UpTime I've arranged transfers for a couple of organisations for which I maintain websites on a voluntary basis. Each time the service has been extremely efficient and helpful at every step.
