Log in to your UpTime Client Account
Click this button to log into your UpTime client area.
Select Your Hosting Plan
From the client area home screen, click on the Hosting Plans box (or order your plan if don’t have one):
Now click on your cPanel plan:
Select the Addon
Look for the Addons and Extras box and select the UpTime+ Premium Support Plan from the drop-down list. Then click the Purchase and Activate button
Complete the Subscription
Finally, follow the checkout process to complete your sign up.

How do I order UpTime+
UpTime+ is added on to your cPanel Hosting service. Follow the instructions above to add it to your existing service.
How does it work with multiple cPanel accounts?
You only need to order one UpTime+ service to cover all of your current hosting under the one UpTime account.
If your hosting is under separate UpTime client logins then you will need to order separate UpTime+ subscriptions. Talk to us about combining your accounts into a single account if required.
Can I cancel at anytime?
There is no lock-in contract, and you can cancel anytime. Ensure you request a cancellation before your next invoice to avoid being charged. Use the Request Cancellation tool from the client area or send us a helpdesk ticket.
Do premium support credits roll-over?
No, any unused support credits will not roll over into the next month. Each month your account is reset to 100 support credits. UpTime+ is more than just support credits and limiting the number of credits ensures the service remains fair for everyone.
What happens if I run out of support credits?
Additional support credits can be purchased at anytime from our Support page
Can I use UpTime+ with non cPanel hosting?
No, UpTime+ is only for cPanel plans.
Any other services such as Reseller hosting, VPS etc. are not covered under UpTime+.
